Where do you deliver? What if I’m not home? All deliveries are made during business hours so places of work operating in these hours are the most favoured wine delivery destinations. If you are happy for your wine to be delivered to your home unattended, please provide us with simple instructions ie “leave it at back door in shade”.
In case we miss you or no one is home to accept your delivery and there are no instructions the courier will leave a card to make contact to re arrange delivery or collect wine from your nearest post office.
How long will my delivery take? We do our very best to get your order processed and dispatched as soon as we receive it. Once it is in the hands of the courier delivery times are usually as follows: Melbourne same day, Sydney next day, Adelaide 2 days, Brisbane 3 days, Tasmania 4 days, Perth 5 days, Northern Territory 7 days.
What if my vino is damaged or lost? Don’t worry we’ve got this, it’s our worst fear! Freight companies unfortunately do not recognise claims that have been signed for or left unattended where an authority to leave the wine has been given. If you suspect breakage simply hand the box back to the driver and do not sign for it. I repeat do not sign it! If this occurs we will issue a replacement and re-delivery, on us, of course!

Don’t like the wine, don’t stress! At Local Cellars we have a 100% happiness policy. If your purchase is faulty or damaged we will happily refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase occurs a delivery fee, the fee is on us!

What information we need from you? When you place an order with Local Cellars, details such as your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number are collected in order to deliver wine to your door. These details are retained safely in our database for record keeping purposes. Any changes or modifications to these details feel free to shoot us an email firstname.lastname@example.org
What information goes into the clouds? When paying online using your credit card, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you, at any time during the transaction. We do not retain your credit card details and our payment gateway is PCI compliant including secure and encrypted shopping.
Local Cellars will automatically renew your membership each month, unless told otherwise. At Local Cellars we like to make things easy for our customers so our signup process is simple. You sign up, we charge your credit card $99.99 + any shipping and handling costs per month.
